Mary Freij is a food entrepreneur who has traveled the world in search of amazing culinary experiences. Also a passionate cook, she started her culinary career working full time as a cook and hosting pop-up food events, including the former Mazeh Brunch at The Depanneur. She recently ventured into opening her own space, a Middle Eastern take out restaurant serving wraps and daily dishes inspired by tastes from back home.
