As a Chef, Sean MacFayden knows how delicious roasted garlic can be; as a Nutritionist, Kerri Cooper knows how good it is for you. Made with local, organic garlic and enriched with a long-simmered chicken stock, their soup is a warming, deeply satisfying bowl of goodness.

A Quebecoise classic, this meat pie, with it’s rich, savoury pork and beef filling and delicate flaky crust, really hits the spot. Served with homemade ketchup, pickled veggies and a fresh sprout salad. #Vegetarian pot pies also available.
