Me.N.u have been building a devoted fan base with their signature Asian-fusion rice balls – imagine an Italian Arancini packed with pan-Asian flavours. A huge hit at food events like T.U.M., Awestruck, 99 Sudbury Night Market and the Delicious Food Show, they are now running a new snack bar at Wild Water Kingdom! Allen, Bryan & the Me.N.u crew will be commandeering the Dep kitchen Thursdays in May, serving up a mix of tried & true favourites and some brand new tastes.
Black bean pork shoulder, Chinese sausage, caramelized onion, stuffed with mozzarella cheese. Dressed with roasted corn, soy sauce reduction, Sriracha mayo & kimchi.
Singaporean-Hainanese chicken, caramelized onion, shiitake mushrooms, stuffed with mozzarella cheese. Dressed with spicy pineapple relish and Thai-infused hoisin sauce.
Shiitake, white & Portobello mushrooms in a creamy mushroom sauce, stuffed with mozzarella cheese. Dressed with Sriracha mayo & crispy fried onions.
