Melissa Pavetich is a talented cook specializing in central and eastern European cuisine. Learning the foundations from her great-grandmother, her culinary skills flourished after spending time in Germany, Austria, and Hungary. When she is not developing research for her PhD in social psychology, she spends her time in the kitchen revamping old world recipes for the modern palette.
