DROP-IN DINNER: Balsamic Chicken with Swiss Chard & Polenta by Len Senater

An old personal favourite, this dish braises meaty seared chicken thighs in a tangy balsamic vinegar reduction with sweet tomatoes and earthy Swiss chard for a complex and balanced dish. Served with soft, buttery polenta studded with sweet fresh corn.
$12 (tax-in)

Vegan option available with portobello mushrooms
Gluten free

As always, fresh Afoodgypsy soup ($4) and organic green side salads ($3) are also available.
