Thursday night is Student Night at The Dep featuring the best in student talent from George Brown College.
Jordan’s devised a plate of breaded marlin, served with a pea, kumquat, and beet salad, alongside a mint couscous and a radish sauce. An elegantly light dish with whimsical colours and flavours that focuses on ingredients that have just hit their “season”; full of produce, colours, and flavours to tempt palate with the promise of Spring.
