Savoury buckwheat and kale mini pancakes compliment smoky & crispy tofu “duck” tossed with stir fried snow peas and maiitake mushroom, along with a crunchy red cabbage slaw for a colourfully delicious supper.

Dessert: Blueberry fool – a dessert cousin of the classic trifle, it features stewed fruit mixed with sweet, creamy custard.
As always, fresh Afoodgypsy soup ($4) and organic green side salads ($3) are also available.
