Bubble & Squeak is the noble British ancestor of the tasty breakfast potato hash you see on diner menus, named for the bubbling and squeaking sounds it makes during the cooking process. Emily’s hearty bubble and squeak is make with organic cabbage, potatoes and coconut oil, and served with homemade baked beans, grilled mushrooms and tomatoes.
