
Spring is in the air and Ontario produce is now in full swing! For this menu, Chef Daniel was inspired by Dufferin Grove Farmer’s Market where he selected this season’s best: Fiddleheads, Golden Beets, Ramps and Heirloom Vegetables.
The organic chicken breast is slowly smoked with a hickory and oak flame, reminiscent of a campfire. Accompanied by Chef Daniel’s hand shredded Yukon Gold Latke recipe, which he infuses with fresh herbs and sliced Vidalia Onions.
