Late spring is the perfect time to pick up some seasonal asparagus.
Emily’s done just that. She’ll be grilling asparagus to layer in a deluxe sandwich on a soft roll with a creamy white bean and sunchoke pate, all of which is plated with a rich coleslaw and sweet potato hash on the side.
