It’s Quinn’s last dinner at The Dep, and she’s going out with the amazing dish that started it all – Hambaagu!
Have you noticed that the Japanese have this knack for taking an American idea, giving it an Asian spin, and often improving it in the process? Hambaagu is a perfect example, a uniquely Japanese take on the hamburger: a seasoned ground beef patty is pan-fried and topped with a sautée of mixed asian mushroom, over sushi rice with a side of a fried egg and some Japanese pickles.
