Born and raised in the Annex, Chef Jonah Brotman brings years of travel and wanderlust to his culinary repertoire. Jonah’s cooking experience ranges from catering wedding weekends to a summer camp for adults, from fine dining to the Black Rock desert. Brotman will be celebrating his birthday this week and can think of no better gift to himself than getting the chance to run The Dep for a night!
