SInce the weather has been getting colder, Ben has decided to make gnocchi with a tomato-based sauce. This recipe is one of Ben’s favourites to eat, and will make his Italian Nonna (Grandmother) proud!

For the past 3 years, Ben has participated every Monday in an after-school cooking club run by his French teacher. Although he may not eat everything he has made (he is very definite on his “likes” and “dislikes”) he really enjoys participating, learning and creating new things! Lucky for his parents, they are the recipients of some delicious meals!
Ben will be assisted in the kitchen by his sous chef and mom, Julie Dreger.
