
Chef Murat Ozsuvari & Tolga Ay of M&T Food Services have hosted a number of incredible Supper Clubs at The Depanneur. These dinners all sold out so quickly, with such long waiting lists, that it became obvious that many more people were very eager to try their fantastic Turkish food, so we’re delighted to invite them back as our Feature Pop-Up Showcase every Thursday in October.
Meze (starters) $6
Muhammara (red pepper & walnut spread) and Abagannuc (smoky roasted eggplant with tahini) with warm pita bread.

Sigara Boreg (Turkish “spring rolls”); thin phyllo pastry stuffed with spiced ground meat and fried to a golden crisp.

Kadinbudu Kofte (“Lady’s Thigh” Meatballs)
Plump and succulent traditional Turkish rice & beef meatballs, pan-fried and served with tomato-garlic sauce and begendi (creamy zucchini purée)

Patlican Dolmasi (Eggplant Dolma)
Thin eggplant pockets stuffed with rice, currants, roasted pine nuts and olive oil; comes with a tomato sauce and yogurt. #vegetarian

Chef Murat Ozsuvari studied cooking in Vancouver and has worked in restaurants around the world, including the Ritz Hotel in Miami, and the renowned Ara Café in Istanbul. Together with Tolga AY, he has recently co-founded a new catering company Toronto, M&T Food Services, offering a broad range of Turkish-inspired and international foods for home delivery or events.
