Roberto Pont is a half British, half Venezuelan frustrated chef who has worked in finance all his life. He was lucky to live in seven different countries as a child and travel through many more. As a result, he has a passion for world foods. He has chosen a Lebanese dish that he truly enjoys cooking despite never having been to the country.
