Bouillon Poisson
A light, flavourful broth made with kingfish, spices and the unique flavour of Brede Mouroum, the leaves of the Moringa Oleifera, also known as “The Miracle Tree” for its remarkable nutritional properties.

This refreshing Mauritian-style salad combines sweet mango with “Chinese potato”, a tuber indigenous to Africa, seasoned with fresh red chili pepper, lime juice, garlic and lots of fresh mint.

A savoury Mauritian beignet made with besan (chickpea) flour mixed with finely chopped vegetables, green onions and spices, fried until golden and crispy. Served with a selection of different homemade sauces: lemony Sauce Illoise, spicy coriander chutney and sweet sagoo (tapioca).
