Chef Quinn Cruise draws on her experience eating in Shanghai as inspiration for a dinner of delicious homemade dumplings — your choice of gingered pork -or- vegetable & 5-spice tofu -or- 1/2 and 1/2 — steamed until tender and then pan-fried ’til crispy and golden on the bottom. Comes with a soy-vinegar dipping sauce and spicy kimchi coleslaw on the side.
