Tonight veteran Depanneer (Natalia) Cookie Martinez will be making 3 different kinds of these savoury treats from her native Colombia: chicken, beef or vegetarian, topped with Hogao (aka Ogo in Colombia), flavourful tomato and onion salsa and wedge of fresh lime.
