Dustin will be cooking up his twist on traditional nachos. Fresh Tortilleria corn nachos (the best damn tortilla chips in TO, hands-down) are slathered in melted cheese and sour cream and piled high with a chunky corn-avocado-bean salsa/guac mashup called “cowboy caviar”.
