Rob Day and Sarah Weinberger are back with a hearty dish that really cashes in on the late summer bounty. We’ll be serving a fresh tomato, eggplant, and zucchini ratatouille over a warm, smokey polenta. We’ll be using loads of fresh herbs and just a touch of heat to really make this dish a celebration of the season.

Rob Day and Sarah Weinberger are furniture makers, summer cyclists, and sometimes home chefs. We love food, farmer’s markets, the entire West End of Toronto (!) and having all our friends out to The Dep! We are both really milking the last few weeks of Summer but are trying to stay positive for a new season. Fall is just as nice, right?!
