The Dep is excited to welcome back Agata Siczek for the first time since her fantastically popular Currywurst Pop-Up that she did with Maria Rozynska last year. This time she’s swinging it solo with a fabulous fall meal of handmade ricotta gnocchi, followed by warm apple crisp.
Ricotta gnocchi with peas, spinach & pancetta, served with a crispy fresh brussel sprout salad.

Agata is an amateur chef who loves to cook for friends and family, who gets the occasional cooking fix at George Brown College’s Culinary School a few times a year to learn more about regional cooking and new techniques. Volunteering at Toronto’s Underground Market inspired her to explore becoming a food entrepreneur herself, starting with some great pop-ups at The Depanneur.
