Chef Quinn Cruise is not only a wiz in the kitchen, but she’s pretty handy in the garden as well! For this lovely early fall dinner, she will be making a rustic, French-style chard tart with Swiss chard grown on her farm in Milton. This lovely galette is made with a homemade butter crust, onions, leeks and crispy pancetta (optional). Served with a refreshing salad of watermelon and cucumber, over a mix of watercress and baby greens and topped with crumbled feta cheese (optional), olive oil and lime.
