Quinn slow-roasts pork belly with Fuji apples, ginger and mirin which creates a rich, delicious apple-infused sauce and serves it up on fresh flatbreads topped with jalapeño, onion, pickled daikon and arugula. Served with a Japanese coleslaw of finely shredded cabbage and fresh Fuji apple.
