Thursday night is Student Night at The Dep featuring the best in student talent from George Brown College.
Jordan’s menu features a bacon-wrapped smoked pork tenderloin, over a bed of coconut, pistachio & lemon quinoa with a pea, mint and yogurt sauce.

Jordan Cabal is currently a Culinary Arts student who also works at the innovative MerryBerry café and bistro. He is collaborating with Abby Jamieson, who will be attending George Brown culinary school in the fall. Both Jordan and Abby have showcased their talents at The Dep earlier this year.
