April Pop Up Showcase: Kerri Cooper of Roots of Health Nutrition

Every week, from deep within The Dep’s co-op commercial kitchen, Kerri & Sean create healthy, soulful and diverse dishes for their lucky home meal delivery clients. This month, everybody gets to try their amazing cooking as they get the spotlight as April’s showcase chef.

Oxtail Dumplings with Maple-Soy dipping sauce

Spicy North African stew with tomato, peppers, harissa, potato, chilies and whole egg. Served with organic, crusty bread by Blackbird Baking

Nutritionist Kerri Cooper and Chef Sean MacFayden have combined their skills and passion for food in their Toronto meal delivery service ‘Roots of Health Whole Food Delivery’. Featuring a new menu each week, they deliver freshly prepared (never frozen) diverse, creative and nourishing meals to last the week using local, sustainable and ethically raised food.

Each month The Depanneur features a different a new chef from T.O.’s indie food scene in our Thursday-night Pop-Up Showcase.
