Osso Buco is a classic Italian dish of shank slowly braised in wine and vegetables, and finished with a delightful garlicky lemon and herb mix called gremolata that just elevates the dish to a whole ‘nutha level. I like to make it with turkey to keep the dish light and local, and serve it alongside a delicate sweet potato-infused risotto and some fresh green beans.
