“Heo” is the Vietnamese word for Pig. Pork is so ubiquitous and universally beloved throughout the country that we wanted to honour it in our name. Suffice to say we dig on swine!
Currently they’re doing pop-ups, special events, and catering, with eyes on a bricks ‘n mortar operation somewhere soon…
Our goal is to push culinary boundaries while respecting and staying true to our cultural heritage. By combining classic Vietnamese flavours with modern culinary techniques and by using the best ingredients in bold new combinations it makes for a sandwich so good you’ll say “Ohh Heo Yeah”!
