Any lover of Jewish food quickly develops an appreciation for “Appetizings”, the selection of cool salads, spreads and dips familiar to any big family get-together. Emily puts her vegan spin on a few classics: Okara ‘tuna’ salad, Tofu ‘egg’ salad, Quinoa tabouli, served with sprouts and matzoh on the side.
Dessert: Lemon Passionfruit Matzoh Torte
Layers of passionfruit jam and lemony Crème Anglaise with softened matzoh.
