Filled with local hormone-antibiotic free ground beef, free run chicken, onions, carrots and white cabbage in a home sauce

Ceviche

Shimp Ceviche 

Delicious Shrimp Ceviche from Colombian made with orange and lime juice, tomato sauce, shaved red onions and cilantro. The ceviche will be served with Longwise thin cut Green Banana Plantain. $6 or $7

Vegetarian Ceviche 

Delicious Vegetarian Ceviche made with mango spaguetti and lime juice, sweet chili sauce, shaved red onions and cilantro. The ceviche will be served with Longwise thin cut Green Banana Plantain. $6 or $7

Avocado Cup Salad topped with almonds $3.5

Cookie Martinez earned her name making delicious cookies, macaroons and brownies – including great vegan and gluten-free options – with an eye towards organic and local ingredients and creative South American flavours. She has also participated in innovative food projects like the Future Food Salon, creating a variety of dishes incorporating insects, and her spicy guava sauce recently won top honors at the Empanada Throwdown at the Ritmo y Color Festival at Harbourfront Centre.
