St. Patrick's Day Brunch

To help celebrate the expulsion of snakes from the Emerald Isle and the unique Irish contributions to the science of hangover remediation, The Dep has put together a fantastic mashup of the Full Irish Breakfast and the Northern Irish Ulster Fry – think of it as peace in Ireland on a plate.

Veggie Base layer:
• 2 fried organic eggs
• fried tomato
• fried mushrooms
• homemade baked beans
• potato bread (aka potato fadge or boxty) & Irish soda bread from Elizabeth Mitchell of Britannia Bakes

Full Monty:
+ bacon rashers
+ Irish breakfast sausage
+ black pudding

We’ll have Irish Breakfast Tea on the go, and traditional brown sauce for dippin’.

The inimitable Danielle M will be making make Guinness Cupcakes with Irish Whiskey Frosting!
