Herbed noodle salad with crispy tofu “duck”
Buckwheat soba noodles with spiralized carrots and zucchini, with green garlic and dill in a lemon-cumin dressing. Served with crispy broiled smoky maple tofu.
Cool & creamy cucumber and avocado gazpacho.
Ontario tomato tart
Rich homemade pastry topped with local heirloom tomatoes, three kinds of basil and Ontario garlic served with a garden salad of fresh spicy greens and strawberry vinaigrette.
Balsamic strawberry sorbet, with almond wafer cookies.
