Recently arrived from Spain, German Huici & Ana Guerra are the creative forces behind Ajoblanco, a new culinary project that aims to share a deep love of market-fresh, Mediterranean-inspired cooking with the people of Toronto. This dinner brings the vibrant flavours of the traditional Spanish kitchen to The Depanneur.
