
Christina Palassio is the Director of Communications at Community Food Centres Canada and was the co-editor of The Edible City: Toronto’s Food from Farm to Fork (2009), one of several books in Coach House Books’ city-building uTOpia series. Christina has a graduate degree in journalism from Concordia University, and writes and thinks about food, place, and cycling.
