As the owner, publisher and editor of Edible Toronto Magazine since 2007, Gail has the opportunity to showcase and applaud Ontario’s culinary heritage, its present-day gustatory pleasures, and its healthy, safe and sustainable future, all in a beautifully presented magazine her readers can savour season after season.
