Homemade fermented foods are a great source of probiotics, enzymes, vitamins and minerals that can brighten your skin, increase energy levels and improve digestion.
In this workshop Kate Leinweber, Registered Holistic Nutritionist will teach you how fermented foods can improve your health, and get a chance to make your own sauerkraut, kimchi and brined (naturally pickled) veggies. Participants get to take home a jar of their favourite ferment.
