This dish is a lesser-known cousin of the famous \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Bhel_puri\" target=\"_blank\"\u003e\u003cem\u003eBhel Puri\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/a\u003e. It is  a common street side snack, especially popular in the evenings. He fishes conical molds from a cold earthen pot and reveals a creamy cardamom or saffron flavored popsicle. Drawing from her Indian heritage and immigrant experience she aims to reintroduce old favourites and create new ones.
