We host a variety of workshops & classes on Sunday, Monday & Tuesday evenings.
Our workshops are for small groups up to 12 people and have covered a vast range of culinary topics, from vegan cheese making to whole animal butchery.Workshops are typically scheduled on Sunday night; if it sells out, we can run a 2nd class on Monday night, and if that also sells out, a 3rd on Tuesday. Instructors can leave their ingredients, etc. at The Dep from one day to the next.
Workshop tickets are usually $60 (occasional exceptions are made for special classes); The Dep takes $25 per person, and pays $35 per person to the guest cook/instructor to cover time and ingredients. Our kitchen is usually available from around 3:30 pm to prepare; classes begin at 6:30 p.m. and run for 2-3 hours.
We can also offer Private Workshops for small groups 8-16 people, as a creative team-building activity or a unique celebration.
