Tiramisù may be Italy’s most iconic dessert, with its coffee-soaked ladyfingers and layers of fluffy cream, but there’s more to it than the classic version. Originating in Northeastern Italy and making its way around the world, it has become one of the country's most recognized treats. The name comes from tirami su, meaning 'pick me up' or 'cheer me up'.

In this hands-on workshop, Italian cook Erica Foffi will guide you through the essentials of making authentic tiramisù, from a perfectly balanced mascarpone cream to the techniques that give this dessert its signature texture.

You’ll then explore a selection of flavour variations inspired by Italian ingredients, including strawberry, limoncello, pistachio, and chocolate.

Participants will learn how to prepare different dipping syrups for ladyfingers and how to assemble a well-structured tiramisù. Each student will choose two flavours and create their own tiramisù cups to enjoy.

An indulgent, playful class for dessert lovers who want to go beyond the basics.
