Another wonderful, fresh summer dinner that celebrates the flavours of the season. Your choice of Chorizo and Roasted Red Pepper or Chevre, Beet Green & Herb frittata, made with our amazing organic pastured eggs from H.O.P.E. Eco Farms in Alymer, ON, a side of blanched rapini in a garlic, lemon and olive oil dressing, and a bowl of cool, zesty Ontario Garlic Scape Gazpacho made by Lisa Kates of Afoodgypsy.
