What happens when you take the “junk” out of “junk food”, and replace it with quality, local ingredients? “Delicious” and “Happy” are some words that come to mind.
Lauren Hunter is a local artist and avid cook with a passion for eating fresh, preservative-free food. She’s come up with a wonderful take on classic Fish ‘n’ Chips using responsibly-farmed Oceanwise tilapia (veg-fed & no hormones or antibiotics) with a light, crispy crust of flour & fresh dill. It comes with thick-cut roasted potato & turmeric homefries, and two homemade dipping sauces: a tangy lime preserve and a slow-cooked spicy ketchup made with organic tomatoes and maple syrup.
#Vegan option: crispy vegetable patties organic yam, golden beet, spinach + roasted fries
BONUS: Fresh Cold-pressed Juices
Gold Juice: carrot, apple, clementine, turmeric root
Pink Juice: apple, grapefruit, mint
