Tourtière – a French Canadian meat pie – is a classic part of the Christmas Eve réveillon and New Year’s Eve meal in Quebec. With lots or regional variations including beef, veal, wild game or even fish, I’ll be making mine Montreal-style, with pork and beef mix with a hint of cinnamon and cloves. Served with roasted potatoes, sweet fresh peas, and chunky tomato chili chutney.
A vegan Tourtière with mushrooms, bulgur & chestnuts will also be available.
$12 (tax included)
#Vegan option available
